By booking with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Booking and Payment Terms
All bookings require upfront payment to confirm and secure your appointment time.
If your booking includes a consultation fee, this amount will be credited towards the total treatment cost if the appointment is attended as scheduled.

2. Consultation Policy
Consultation fees are non-refundable but will be deducted from your treatment cost if you proceed with a scheduled treatment.
In the event that you do not proceed with a treatment, the consultation fee will not be refunded.

3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable. No exceptions can be made, as this time is specifically reserved for you.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or credit at the discretion of Lato Aesthetics Ltd.

4. Rescheduling Appointments
You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a fee or may result in forfeiture of the original payment.

5. Late Arrivals
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment, and it may be treated as a missed appointment, which is non-refundable.

6. Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable if cancellations occur within the 48-hour window before the scheduled appointment.
Refunds are not applicable for missed appointments or no-shows.
Consultation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by Lato Aesthetics Ltd.

7. Liability and Disclaimer
Lato Aesthetics Ltd shall not be held responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises.
Lato Aesthetics Ltd is not liable for any adverse reactions or complications related to treatments; clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history and conditions prior to treatment.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Lato Aesthetics Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.
